  • Typically, yes but we can also do project work. Our short-term engagements are a minimum of 3 months so that we can create, implement and sustain the recommendations that we make for you.

  • Yes! We create your bespoke financial models, budgets and templates and will either maintain updates to them (if engaged on a recurring basis,) or instruct you, your bookkeeper or someone else on your team on how to update the information.

  • Yes! We will work together to determine what financial data you need in order to make critical decisions for your company and we will make sure you have the information you need to run your business for sustainable success.

  • Each fractional CFO engagement is custom scoped and priced.

  • We only want to continue if we are providing value. We understand if things change, if we’ve provided all we can or if you just need to take a break. All our engagements have a 30-day cancellation policy.
